Corrales Does a Castillo And Weighs In Five Pounds Over!

After damning and vilifying Jose Luis Castillo for coming five pounds overweight for their aborted third contest, Diego Corrales has just done the same thing as Castillo while weighing in for his third bout with Joel Casamayor!

For his first attempt, Corrales weighted in at 140 lb, a full five pounds about the weight limit of 135 lb. On two subsequent attempts, Corrales could do no better than 139 lb and therefore has been stripped of the WBC Lightweight title regardless of whether he defeats Casamayor or not.
