Graham Out, Tyan Booth In For Mansouri Clash In Sheffield

This Friday’s English light-middleweight title scrap featuring Nav Mansouri and Nathan Graham has unfortunately been postponed due to an injury suffered by Graham.

However, Mansouri will still challenge for the vacant belt as Nottingham’s Tyan Booth has stepped in at late notice to oppose the Rotherham man and promoter Dave Coldwell is confident that the bout will deliver.

“It’s unfortunate that this has had to happen because everyone was really looking forward to this rematch but boxing is like that sometimes,” revealed Coldwell.

“I’ve been on the phone non-stop to various people since this happened as I didn’t want to pull Nav off the bill because he’s prepared really hard for this.

“This is still a great opportunity against a new opponent with nothing to lose so he’ll still have his work cut out. Booth has been handed an unlikely opportunity and he’ll be looking to grab it with both hands.”

Nav Mansouri v Tyan Booth for the English Light-Middleweight Title takes place this Friday at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge Arena.

The Show also features the return of Curtis Woodhouse and a packed undercard includes Chad Gaynor, David Howe, Liam Cameron and Rod Smith.

Tickets are available From www.coldwellboxing.com and the entire show will be shown live on the Coldwell Television APP.
