Kieran Molloy, Sean Conroy and Willie Donoghue will be taking home at least three bronze medals from the AIBA World Junior Championships in Kiev, Ukraine.
The Irish trio all won their quarter-finals bouts today to book their tickets into Saturday’s semi-finals at the 57-nation tournament.
Irish skipper John Joyce bowed out on a split decision to Korea’s Byeonghee Jang.
Molloy, Conroy and Donoghue earned unanimous decisions over Australia’s Joshua McKay, Uzbekistan’s Bakhronjon Fozilov and Georgii Ivanov of the Ukraine.
