WBA Champ Anselmo Moreno Makes Changes To Title Defense

WBA Super Bantamweight Champion, Panamanian Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno, announced several changes for his 12th defense against Javier “Chispita” Chacón from Argentina.

In a press conference held at Fantastic Casino in Panama City, Panama, Moreno´s team confirmed the date of March 22 at the Arena Roberto Duran with a totally modified undercard now under the promotion of Promociones y Eventos del Istmo.

“We didn´t get the most convenient proposal from the original promoter so we decided for plan B with the local company which has promoted Anselmo´s defenses in the past” said Moreno´s wife and manager Rouss Laguna.

“We are in good terms with Sampson Boxing but this time we have a better deal”, added Laguna.
