Irish Squad Comes Back From Lviv Laden With Medals

Team Ireland arrived home from the European Men’s Junior Championships in Lviv, Ukraine via Dublin Airport today.

Jason Harty (gold), Jim O’Reilly (silver), Anthony Johnston (bronze) and Lorcan Hurley (bronze) finished in podium positions in Lviv.

Hurley also scooped the Best Technical Boxer Award and Irish AIBA 3-Star Referee and Judge (R&J) Philip Rooney collected the Best R&J Award.

Meanwhile, Team Ireland are due to arrive home from the AIBA World Women’s Youth and Junior Championships in Taiwan tomorrow, May 25.
