Hovhannisyan is scheduled to fight Luis “Pantera” Nery (33-1, 25 KOs) of Tijuana, Mexico in a 12-round WBC Eliminator on Saturday, February 18 at Fox Theater Pomona.
Rialto, CA’s, Ricardo “El Niño” Sandoval (20-2, 15 KOs) will participate in a 10-round flyweight opener.
