in the fifth, he got up but was put down again and counted out. The win preserves the possibility of a summer spectacular against Floyd Mayweather Jr. No official word has been given on this fight but it is a hot possibility and already being advertised by HBO. The only stumbling block at present appears to be Gatti’s reservations about whether or not the trouble-prone Mayweather will be able to keep himself out of jail in order for the fight to happen. As always, we will keep you updated to developments in this situation as they happen.
