A Heros Welcome for Rossy in Macau

New York State Heavyweight Champion Derric Rossy appeared before the Chinese Press at the Venetian in Macau China yesterday, Rossy discussed the upcoming fight with Heavyweight Ray Mercer and Rossy stole the show.

“Having trained here for months, Said Rossy,”I’ve really bonded with the people and they have adopted me as their own, I’m proud to represent the US and New York here in Macau.”

Close to 50 members of the media attended the press event and the most common question had nothing to do with the fight.

“It was amazing, Said Sal Musumeci President and CEO of Final Forum Boxing,” They asked Rossy and Mercer questions about the fight, but they really wanted to know if and when we were coming back to Macau. The answer was a resounding YES!”

It’s a must win for both fighters. A loss for Mercer and he falls off the Heavyweight contender radar. A loss for Rossy would be a major setback in his quest to win the Heavyweight Championship.
