WBC Continental America’s Cruiserweight champion Gary Gomez (13-4-0, 5KOs) says he is ready for his fight scheduled on February 25th at the Emerald Queen Casino’s Battle at the Boat boxing series. Gomez won a ten round decision over Chad Van Sickle for the belt in December 2004. “I would like to thank Halquist Productions for the giving me the chance to fight for the fans of the great fighting state of Washington and I want to let the fans know that I’ll fight hard and give them what they came to see!” Gomez said. Gomez will face tough Pittsburgh cruiserweight Rayco Saunders (14-3-1, 6KOs). Is Rayco ready? “I’m working my way up the ladder and Gomez is just one rung on my way”, Rayco said.
