Undefeated junior lightweight prospect, Carney “Beeper” Bowman will return to action on Saturday, January 25 at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena in Johnston, Pennsylvania, it was announced today by Chet Koerner, President of TKO Boxing Promotions.
The 25 year old Bowman, 12-0-0 (5), is coming off the most impressive performance of his four year career, a brutal fourth round knockout of Guatemalan Castulo Gonzalez at the Valencia Ballroom in York, PA on November 8.
“Carney really impressed the hometown crowd in York on November 8th and we’re very happy to work with Team Taylor Made Boxing for his next bout in the central/western Pennsylvania area where he has so many loyal fans,” said Koerner.
“We feel this is going to be a huge year for Carney and the fight on the 25th will kick if off.”
Details of Bowman bout will be announced shortly. Bowman is guided by award winning manager Cameron Dunkin.
Headlined by Johnstown’s undefeated heavyweight Andres Taylor, “The Flood City Rumble” is presented by Team Taylor Made Boxing at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena.
