Welterweight Cecilia Braekhus, 11-0 (2), won the vacant WBA and WBC Female titles with a ten round points verdict over Vinni Skovgaard, 7-1 (3), while middleweight Dominik Britsch, 13-0 (5), annexed the vacant IBF Youth title with a ten round UD over Daniel Urbanski, 10-5-2 (3).

Former WBO Heavyweight Champion Lamon Brewster, 35-4 (30), won an eight rounder against former European Union, British and Commonwealth titlist Michael Sprott, 31-13 (16), while super middleweight prospect Thomas Troelenberg, 18-0 (10), knocked out Virgilius Stapulionis, 15-1 (9), in the third.

At The Ice Palace in Saransk, Russia, ex-WBC Heavyweight Champion Oleg Maskaev, 36-6 (27), KO’d American import Rich Boruff, 17-3-1 (10), in the first round.

The Casino Barriere in Montreux, Switzerland played host to undefeated middleweight Yves Studer, 21-0 (5), stopping Gabriel Lecrosnier, 9-16-2 (1), in the fifth round.

At Nelson Mandela Forum in Firenze, Italy, Leonard Bundu, 18-0-1 (6), captured the vacant European Union Welterweight title by outpointing French southpaw Frank Haroche Horta, 18-8-3 (5).

At Vitoria in Pais Vasco, Spain, Israel Carillo, 10-1 (3), won the vacant Spanish Middleweight crown with a ten round UD over Jose Yebes, 8-2-1 (4).
