Queensberry Promotions Acquires Stake in Braincup Media

Braincup Media today announces that Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions has acquired a strategic stake in the company, forming a long-term joint venture focused on growth and production excellence.

Founded by Jake Meskell and Iain Chambers during the pandemic, Braincup is a video production and live streaming company operating across sport and entertainment. Over the past five years, the company has delivered landmark projects across social media, live streaming, and digital platforms.

The partnership aligns Braincup Media with Hall of Fame boxing promoter Frank Warren and the heritage of Queensberry Promotions, one of the most established names in global boxing. The investment builds on an existing working relationship developed over several years of delivering live and digital production at the highest level of the sport.

Through the joint venture, Braincup and Queensberry will focus on expanding live and digital output. The partnership is designed to support Braincup Media’s ambition to expand its footprint across sport and entertainment while continuing to build a modern, end to end production business.
