Star boxers from both stables will be out in force on the forthcoming TBS Sport promotion in association with The Knight Group. The Knight Group sponsored event takes place on Sunday 10th April at the Brentwood Leisure Centre- and tickets are going fast. This is the first show of 2005 for TBS Sport and promises to be an electric event. Mick Hennessy said, “This will be a first rate card of quality boxing. Previous TBS shows have always been of the highest calibre and this one will be no different. It’s bursting with talented boxers who always come to fight and put on a show.” Ipswich star Spartacus headlines the bill with a defence of his British Master’s light-heavyweight title against Sammy Price. In support, Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist Darren Barker continues his transformation from hotshot amateur to hot prospect professional.
Bermondsey’s Matthew Thirlwall will be converting his recent experiences from Eastman’s Florida training camp into winning ways. Daniel Cadman, John O’Donnell and Lenny Daws are all under orders to perform and make a mark of intent. Whilst Hackney’s very own Andrew Lowe and West Ham favourite Lloyd Otte are also on a promise to entertain.
Tickets are priced at £50 Ringside and £25 Unreserved.
