The 2012 Olympic gold medallist became Ireland’s first undisputed four-belt world champion and a two-weight undisputed champion, winning world titles at Lightweight and Super Lightweight while defeating names including Amanda Serrano, Chantelle Cameron, Delfine Persoon, Natasha Jonas and Jessica McCaskill.
