Boxing In Philadelphia: Bernard Hopkins To Give Away 500 Turkeys In Honor Of Fallen Police Officers

In true Thanksgiving spirit, Bernard Hopkins will distribute 500 turkeys to Philadelphia residents. The turkey distribution will take place at the 35th District Police Station in honor of the three fallen officers killed in the line of duty this past year.

The giveaway will take place on Wednesday, November 25 at 1PM at the 35th District Police Station, 5960 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19141.

“Broad Street Brawl”: Bernard Hopkins vs. Enrique Ornelas, a 12-round light heavyweight bout presented by Golden Boy Promotions East and sponsored by MGM Grand in Las Vegas, will be televised live on Versus beginning at 8:00 pm ET/5:00 pm PT.

Doors open at 5 pm ET and the first bell rings at 6 pm.
