The family of the World Boxing Association is celebrating today President Gilberto Mendoza a new life anniversary.
The head of the boxing body chief was born on March 30, 1943, in Cubiro, Lara State, Venezuela.
He leads the WBA since 1982, when he won the presidency in the Convention held in Puerto Rico.
He is an Engineer, he was an amateur boxer, and has dedicated to wave the flag of regional bodies, the importance of fairness to boxers, and boxing clear management.
We wish a Happy Birthday to President Gilberto Mendoza, and we trust there will be many more anniversaries to come full of health, success and prosperity.
