Open Letter From Big Punching Heavyweight Linberger To “Blood” Green

Upon hearing the news that Mitch “Blood” Green signed on to face Butterbean this summer, Ohio-based heavyweight hopeful George “The Terminator” Linberger decided to take his campaign public. Linberger had been attempting to secure a fight with Green ever 2005 became 2006. Green’s handlers flirted with the idea, but in the end settled for a fight with Butterbean – whom Linberger defeated in his last bout to date (October 2005).

The following is an open letter from Linberger to Green.

To Mitch:

Mitch, don’t bother calling out Butterbean. We can get it on together, in Nashville or anywhere else you feel comfortable fighting. You were offered to fight me on Stacy Goodson’s Slugout 2 show and turned it down. But I’m patient, at least when it comes to wanting to kick your ass.

There have been talks about a summer show in Nashville, promoted by Jake Donovan/Fight Beat Entertainment. Your last fight was in Memphis, against a manager who jumped in the ring just to get your sorry ass a win. Nashville’s a good enough halfway point for us to meet. We can scrap for my NABC Super Heavyweight title if you want a real fight.

If you’re serious about your comeback, why are you going after my leftovers? I will terminate any thought of you getting the Bean. If by some miracle you win, you’ll have hardware to take with you for any future fight you want, with the Bean or anyone else.

Let’s see if Mike Tyson is right; is your name Mitch Green or Bitch Green? If you continue to duck me and proceed with the Bean fight, then we’ll have our answer. C’mon Mitch. Fight me, bitch.
