Echols Survives Tough Fight.

Super middleweight contender Antwun echols withstood a fierce assault from his opponent Jameel Wilson in Northern Quest Casino in Airway Heights, Washington, USA tonight and stormed back to score a stoppage of his own in the seventh round. With the win, Echols remains as a viable super middleweight property for any and all contenders wishing to fight quality opposition. At thirty-two years of age it has been an eventful career for Echols so far with two of his five losses coming in world title attempts at middleweight against Bernard Hopkins and his most recent loss in a WBA super middleweight title defeat to Australia’s former champion Anthony Mundine. With the many super middleweight champions seemingly unwilling to fight one another, perhaps Echols can once again score some title action.
