Calzaghe Injured, Off Boxing Homecoming In Cardiff!
WBO/IBF Super Middleweight Champion Joe Calzaghe has reported re-injured his troubled left hand during training sessions and has had to pull out of his planned triumphant homecoming set for July 8 in Cardiff. Calzaghe was rumoured to be facing ex-light heavy world champion Glenn Johnson and will now have to rest the injury with an autumn return date planned instead. Sports Network has announced that they plan to carry on with the show, which still features such great attractions as Danny Williams, Enzo Maccarinelli, Amir Khan and others.
