Northeast Promotions President Walt Lambert has announced the signing of undefeated World ranked Welterweight, Carlos Quintana. Quintana who is currently 18-0 with fourteen knockouts hails from Moca, Puerto Rico and is ranked 9th by the World Boxing Association. “Carlos Quintana is one of the most charismatic and exciting fighters in the Welterweight Division. We expect major accomplishments from him,” Lambert said.
