GIOVANNI LORENZO: “I want to thank Irish Ropes for putting me on this fight. I feel honored and happy to be fighting on John Duddy’s card. He’s a great fighter. I’m prepared to put on a good show.”

MAUREEN SHEA: “I want to thank Irish Ropes for putting me on the undercard.I admire John and have seen where he’s come from and where he’s going. My father’s birthday is Friday and normally I’d dedicate the fight to him. But I’m dedicating my fight to a seven-year-old from New Rochelle, Faith, who I learned has a malignant brain tumor. I’ll be wearing her name on my skirt.”
