Miguel Espino Of NBC Boxing Show “The Contender ” Meets Sergey Stepkin

Middleweight contender Miguel Espino, 14-2-1 (5), continues his march toward a world title when he faces Sergey Stepkin, 17-1 (9), of Russia this Saturday April 21, 2007 at Palma High School in Salinas, CA for the WBC CABOFE (Caribbean Boxing Federation) title.

With a five fight winning streak intact, the former first season participant of “Contender” TV show believes he has what it takes to compete and be successful at the elite level as he stated, “Right now I feel I’m ready to take my career to the next level. My trainer John Bray and I have worked hard to get to this point.
