Guilty Productions, a production company specializing in boxing television programming, will be a first time exhibitor at the 2005 NATPE Conference & Exhibition, January 25-27, at Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Founded in 2004, Guilty Productions, along with its parent company, Guilty Boxing, annually provides a minimum of forty-eight episodes of its weekly boxing series, “Guilty Fight Night.” Together, Guilty Boxing and Guilty Productions provide a strong one-two combination of boxing promotion and television production that will return true competitive boxing back to television. With more than eighty fighters under contract, Guilty is dedicated to grooming “up-and-coming” fighters of all nationalities and weight classes, allowing fans to follow their favorite fighters as they travel the hard road to a world title shot. The shows, emanating from different locations including The Orleans Hotel & Casino and the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Tijuana, Mexico and southern California also includes an extensive amount of high-quality features and behind-the-scenes looks of the events and fighters.

“We are looking to reach as many program buyers as possible in the most efficient and effective way,” said Nick Rattenni, President of Guilty Productions. “NATPE delivers key decision makers across the broadcast and cable platforms and from around the world. NATPE is the perfect place to launch our exciting product.” Guilty Productions’ exhibit will be located in Booth #1515 on the NATPE exhibition floor. Rattenni, Jay Hassman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Sanford “Sandy” Beard, Vice President of Operations, will be representing Guilty at NATPE.
