The last two years, I lose interest, because after every fight, Golden Boy said, ‘No. OK, maybe next fight.’ I remember the situation after the Amir Khan fight, when I go into the ring. Unbeaten super-middleweight contender (WBA #7 and IBF #11), Caleb “Sweethands” Plant (15-0, 10 KOs), was a big hit at the Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas yesterday as he visited kids dealing with medical conditions.
The visit was in honor of his daughter Alia, who passed away from an unknown medical condition at 19-months old, back in January of 2015. Shoe Palace, Ringside,World Boxing Council (WBC), Premier Boxing Champions (PBC), and Showtime all donated gifts that put smiles on all the kids faces. (more…)

Bristol boxers Tim Cutler, Wayne Ingram and Aaron Sutton have been added to the Ashley Lane vs Michael Ramabeletsa Commonwealth Title fight card. The show takes place in Swindon on Saturday September 23, 2017 promoted by Neilson Bros in association with Sanigar Events.
This should be a cracking show and the first time a major championship has been contested in Swindon. All three boys are Ashley’s team mates at the Bristol Boxing Gym and were keen to support Ashley on the Swindon card. (more…)

In 1991, two-time Major League Baseball all-star pitcher and Cy Young Award winner Dean Chance founded the IBA, guiding the international sanctioning body until his death in 2015. (more…)
