WBA/IBA Light Heavyweight Champion Beibut Shumenov filed a lawsuit yesterday (Thursday, March 17, 2011) against Goossen Tutor Promotions. The lawsuit asks the Nevada court to confirm that a promotional agreement between Shumenov and Goossen Tutor is terminated. Shumenov terminated his agreement with Goossen Tutor Promotions in January of this year.
