Default Roy Jones Jr VS Chris Byrd at 190 pounds . . . Who would win & why ? ? ?

I would really still see a fight betwenn Roy Jones Jr VS Chris Byrd . . . They both have good fast hands . . . It would be interesting to see at cruiser or light heavyweight . . .

I cant see really betwenn both any KO risk but when then a TKO for Roy Jones . . . I guess it would be a hard fight betwenn both and i think that a trained Roy Jones would win by a UD or SD . . .

What do u think who would win and why ? ? ? And what u think it would be still a interesting fight betwenn both ? ? ?

    Thanks . . .

Byrd by a late TKO or UD. He is used to fighting bigger punchers and Jones speed and resiliance are gone...

I really dont know supposedly they sparred some years ago and jones had some problems they said, its different when your facing a cautious boxer with quick hands, but to be honest I think jones could beat him

I can't see how the cautious Roy Jones Jr. has a chance in this fight... Byrd would flick out his jab all night, and Jones wouldn't respond at all. Byrd was taking alot of shots from Wladimir so I don't think Jones has the power anymore to knock him out without giving him a complete night of beatings. Anyways Byrd is similar to an extent to Tarver, but more technically sound, and has quicker hands, and he would be dropping that added muscle giving him even more speed. I think even Prime Jones would need awhile to figure out Byrd ... if Byrd fought more like old Byrd, but I think in the end Byrd couldn't defend against Ike's right hand, and he couldn't defend against Wlad's right hand so my verdict is...

Prime vs. Prime at cruiserweight: Jones would make Byrd eat as many right hands as Jones wants.
Now: Jones would be hesistant, and this would look worse than Tarver vs. Jones 3 because Byrd is also cautious, but in the end Byrd would win.

RJ doesn't use his power as much anymore and his speed isn't as blinding as it once was....I'd say Byrd by decision.

Prime for Prime RJ could beat a ton of people and Byrd is one of them

I think his speed is still around were it was... Look at his fight with Tarver... his cross was as fast as its been. His combinations were still lightning quick, and when he was on the ropes it took like 4 punches to hurt Tarver either time.
