Ive seen them all over the years and think holy would beat all of the above with jones mabey testing him a bit but eventually getting stopped, moorer was a terrific cruizer and could hol dhis own with anyone I put him 2 or 3 as he could of beaten toney and byrd he was a strong quick puncher. Holy in his prime at that weight was fast mabey not as fast as jones but he also had a power punch and threw a ton of punches, he fought for the title in his 11th pro fight against quawi, it was too soon for him but holy won anyway. Good entertaing matchups if u mix and match. Roy would have trouble keeping holy off and mabey even moorer, but jones had the speed over moorer so he may have pulled it off. It would be difficult for roy to hurt moorer and impossible to hurt evander.
If you guys are talking about the past, or at each fighters peak, then I give the edge to Holy. Not by much. Byrd, Toney and Moorer gave him problems, and beat him in later years. Roy might beat them all. Those are good match-ups. Any of those fighters could run the table, but I think if they all fought, they would all take a loss.
Jones could hurt Moorer. Moorer had head movement at one time, with alot of offense that hid his chin. But, every time he has been caught flush, he has been hurt. Roy may not have the power of some of the big guys Moorer has fought, but he has the hand speed to catch him flush a bunch.
This is a tough one to call. All of those fighters at Cruiser, at the same time, in there prime, would be a boxing dream. Hell, even though all of those fighters are past their prime, it would be cool to see them all fight each other at cruiser now.
Evander Holyfield would beat all of them imo, cruizer was his best weight
At first I thought Holyfield, but he got hurt a few times at cruiserweight, and he is just too slow for Jones... who if at his prime went into the cruiserweight had a faster cross than Holyfield's jab.... Jones would have stunned Holyfield with his first left hook, and then Holyfield would try to come in, and get hit more and more. Either than Jones though I can't see either of the others beating Evander.
Holyfield wins all of these fights.
Hmmmm it would be really interesting . . .
I see when we rank Holyfield as 1 , Jones 2, Toney 3 , Moorer 4 and Byrd 5 . . .
Holyfield VS Jones would be a very hard fight and i would think that by a UD would Jones win and by stopage Holyfield . . .
Prime Holyfield VS Byrd at cruizer no way for Byrd Holyfield would win by UD or stoppage . . .
