					Light I can see you're keen, but all this counter this and do that dont happen. Its an ongoing evolving process,of learning with a coach in a gym and the knowledge you aqiure in the process. motorized habits,emotional turmoil, being able to handle crises. Thats what a good coach does.At the end of the day, when youv,e been hit and and are on your arse looking up it puts a whole new perspective on the whole thing .
