I don't think there is any right way or wrong way. I never say Junior though, it's always light. So it would be light middleweight instead of junior. Here's how I say it...
Heavy
Cruiser
Light Heavy
Super Middle
Middle
Light Middle
Welter
Light Welter
Lightweight
Superfeather
Feather
Light Feather
Bantam
And yes they are the same class. Come to think of it, more often then not I just say the weight rather then the name. So I would say 147 in place of welter or 154 in place of light middleweight.

Lol, no you are right, they are all the same thing, just different organizations call the 154lb division different things. The same thing applies to all the other non-classsic 8 weight divisions and the Super Middles.
