anyone ever go to sherdog? if so what do you think about their forum?

well, for example i read a thread about whether or not they wear head gear when they spar and the great majority of them said no. oh also way too many of them claim to be pro fighters. it may be true but it makes me suspicious. who knows

Not all too fond of their forum (this is the best forum on the planet), but I love the info from the site itself.

some are helpful others are classic forum warriors.

Must admit i do enjoy the odd time going on there and talking shit. Its good to get it out of your system. There are so many tossers on there
