Yeah, Beasley scores but the goal is disallowed! McBride was in an offside position and blocking Buffon's view. This is an awesome match!

It would have been allowed if he wasn't in an offside position... you're only deemed offside if you interfere with play and the referee thought he was doing that by blocking the keepers view. If there had been an Italian player behind McBride, the goal would have been fine as he would have been onside.
