I try to eat healthy and takes some protein drinks or just carb drinks i make for myself. But i have a problem with when i should take what. before I train, about 2hours, i take a carb drink. after training i take a protein drink. here´s the thing: I also eat dinner, and before i go to bed I drink a protein drink for the body to work on in the night. I wonder if this is to much for the body and will screw up for me to lose weight? i run in the mornings.
