Does anyone know the equation to calculate this?

you mean your BMI? as far as I know you can't really use maths to calculate bone density and body make up... you need calippers or electronic sensors...

Yes, they used weird equipment and pinched funny at the gym, but, what I lean body mass?
Total Weight - Fat? or Total Weight - Fat - Bones?

Do you see where I am going with this?

Yep, it's kinda embarressing though

right, so you know that 26.6% of how ever much you weigh is fat, take that away from 100% and you are left with lean tissue and skeleton... wether or not you are ment to count your bones is behond me though

Thanks for your help, I am new to eating right and exercising, so I am trying educate myself as much as possible, those friggin trainers and the gym (regular, not boxing) are all sales people, every thing I ask ends in a pill or program that I have to buy............

When it comes to health clubs... use the equipment but take everything they tell you with a pinch of salt... especially if they sell the crap which they are plugging...
