Shame - I thought the Argies lit up the tournament throughout. Can't knock the germans though, super efficient as always. They will be really hard to beat on home turf. Bit like in 1945

Hate to say it after watching klinsmann dive throughout his career, but he is a bright personable coach and has done a really good job. Anyone who can get Kahn to change like that must have some seriously good teambuilding skill!!!!

France - Henry IV, Henry V, Richard II, Edward II

Portugal - Wellington, Palmerston in China, Hilary in Mozambique

Brazil - hmmn, tough one?

Italy - not worth mentioning as they havenot actually won any wars for quite a few hundred years

The Germans are able to play at some pace. If we get through Portugal its gonna be a tough game...

Hopefully there wont be too many shades of 1990 about it....tough game to stomach....
