Thread: Will Marco Antonio Barrera fight Pacquiao again?

Anybody know if there are plans from Barreras camp for a rematch with pacman?

It's up to Pac to decide what he'll do after he losses to Morales

Pacquiao vs Morales III is a coin toss. Dont bet your $ just yet. I want to see Barrera fight Pacquiao again though.

Barerra has a rematch with Rocky Juarez first.

After MAB vs Juarez 2 and PAC vs EM 3 then MAB should fight PAC...that will soooo coool!!!

Yeah,he most likely will fight Pacman again IF he beats Juarez and Pacquiao beats Morales. Pac has already stated that he wants EM,then Barerra and then he mentioned Juarez!!!

I don't think Barerra will beat Juarez. Barerra's style is pretty much on lock down, and Juarez is the one who can improve.

no morales is going to take a worst beating then last time...then he can enjoy his pay check and retire...

Hahaha like Marquez he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao again!!!

From what I have observed from the MP vs MAB fight, Barrera was more stunned and surprised than anything else. Pacquiao surprises even his latest opponents who has a clear picture of what he does already. It will be interesting to see if Marco can give a better fight than what he was able to do the last time.

I don't think MAB has a choice. All the big names in the Featherweight - Super Featherweight division have gone up to Lightweight. IF MAB beats Rocky Juarez (who IMO won the first fight), by all means, he should fight the winner of EM-MP III (most probably Pacman).

What I'm really rooting for though is a Juarez Pacquiao fight. They say that styles make fights, and its doesn't get better than the styles of these two! This would be a dynamite fight with every punch possibly the KO punch.

One think I think though, whoever reigns as the Super Featherweight king, MAB, EM, MP or RJ, should stay there. It would be too dangerous going up to Lightweight, with heavy hitters like Joan Guzman, Juan Diaz, and Diego Corrales up there. let's not forget the undefeated Isaac Hlatshwayo too, he's quietly making waves with his boxing talent.

Doesn't seem likely, its dissapointing but MAB hasn't seemed to interested in a rematch and I don't see any reason to think he will any time soon.

I don't believe that Barrera will fight Pac again due to the history of his legacy as a HOF fighter.

Who wants to go out getting KTFO again?

Probably not Barrera...but imagine if IF he could beat Pacquiao...that would be quite a feat there in itself.
