Well, I'm no trainer but I'd say just do what works for you. Train whenever possible. I work mon-fri, 8-5 and am doing an evening mba with a kid due in august. I hit the gym AOAP. I make sure I have at least two weeknights to go for about an hour or two, then do my own thing on the weekend, either at the gym or at home. Thus, I have a speedbag, heavy bag, medicine ball and spinning bike at home. So when I can't make the gym, I'll sneek in 15-20 minutes/day somehow...just enough to not lose anything. BTW, I'm 3 weeks away from 33 so enjoy your remaining youth and freedom now!
