I read on a site about muscle and fitness and they said that it is very bad to sit and bed and watch tv late at night? Before I go to bed, I always turn on espn classic because around 12 am they always show a fight, usually from years ago, but they are still great, classic fights. Anyways, I was just wondering why it is a bad thing to do this. I know about laying in bed and how if your not active during that time that the food youve eaten, that your body just stores all of the food. But whats the difference in sitting in bed and watching tv or just even sitting and bed and going to sleep at night?
