cheers mate my only advice is keep 100% fit and dont let anything get in your way i.e girls they will fuck it up for you and fitness imo is the biggest 1 if you have that in amatuer fights you should be laughing. what weight do you fight at?

well cos its the school holidays atm,i go to the gym in the afternoon after my lunch and do an hour workout. In the evening depending on what days i do diffeernt things. monday i go thai-boxing and learn some new techniques. tuesday is the boxing gym i do my bag shadow skip etc. wednesday is a day where i do fuck all expet going the gym in the afteroon. thursday boxing gym . friday dont do anything and same for sat as well . sunday i go boxing in the morning and spar many rounds haha! i just try and get my fitnesss higher all the time cos ive got the tech but the fitness is not as good. if i had that i wud be alot better but is coming, its just metal just wanting to keep training and being 15 and can be difficult cos of mates etc. but its genrally going well and im having this rematch in october i hope at 12 stone so ive still got weight to lose. also i train in a sweat jacket

i hope the new gym goes well like. remeber you dont have to kill yourself in training everyday just make sure you keep going and dont stop (you kill yourself when you need to lose weight for a fight) that is the main thing cos your body will get in the routine of it all. I do think it is harder at the younger age cos routine can change with holidays etc but in the school time or college jusst make sure you do things prety much the same so its not so hard on your body and mentally you will fit into it all. also if you want to get down the weight as well drink lots of water, it does get annoying cos you have to piss every 10 mins but i lost 2kg in 5 days by having a very strict diet and drinkin water and training my ass off with the sweat jacket on.its not plesant and the weight will come back because its not to good to get it off so quick, its better to do it over time. that is why im weighting untill october so i dont have to rush myself in the weight loss cos it really isnt a nice experince having to lose 2kg in 5 days. but remeber just to keep going is my advice

you might need to have something done with your nose......I have been cracked many times in the nose and had it broken and never had the fight stopped because of bleeding......your blood vessels may be too close to the surface....I know of a few fighters that had the inside of their noses cauterized so they wouldn't bleed anymore.....It would suck to lose a fight because of a bloody nose.....
It feels good to be back home.

Cauterization doesnt always work, try not to get hit ,amuch better way of not getting a nose bleed.
