    Whats the thing you enjoy the most about training what fascite of training gives you the most fun and enjoyment and why, tell everyone.

    I love to hit the pads with my coachs as i feel it gives me a good total body workout, but most of all i seem to gain something from it every time, whether it be technique, timing, footwork ect ect

    My favorite is Heavybag work I can pretty much work everything off this bag. including defense. I love it !

    my least favorite is Running. I hate Running, i get bored, but its gotta be done

    I love the speedbag cuz it makes me feel like a pro.
    I love the snap of my left hook hitting the heavy bag.
    I love it when my trainer fires shots back at me when I drop my hands on the mits.
    I love the smell of top quality leather....boxing gloves, baseball gloves, hockey skates.

    I live running, especially with sprints... I love the numbness I get off Anaerobic training like sprints and heavy bag work... honeslty I fucking love sprinting hills...

    Damn ! LOL man I wish could learn to love running like that. being its something I got to do all the time. I love getting the Runners high thing, but I get so bored ! Everyday I run a 3 miles, then I usually get on the lifecycle crank up the resistance and watch ESPN

    I love the Left hook to the body then to the head ~ I love setting it up with jab jab str8 rt and then double left hook !

    Lords that was my best shot I was a converted southpaw then one day this coach told me there was no such thing, it was a left uppercut. He lasted 5 minutes, cunt.

    Funny but by what you tell me what youre doing in a way youre telling me what type of fighter you are in a round about way. And discribing your mindsett and how you box, and your attitude. We could play a game here.

    I go jab, cross, rt uppercut, rt hook that doesn't exist, grab. When I practise infigting with my head on the bag I love to grab the bag with my right and throw a hard left hook.

    I also love to lean with my back against the wall, get the bag swinging and throw 1-2's a la Ali.
