well apparently they've signed the contract and I don't hear anything about it being at 154 so apparently he is. More likely that Quartey would move up to 160 then Winky move down to 154, he's the one with the leverage.

Agreed cockey cockney, i believe Winky will have a wide UD, he will frustrate Quarty to the point Ike will become ragged, and suffer Winkeys slick counters.

I personally would fear for the supper middleweight divison if Lacy became the top man. Especially after the crushing defeat he suffered to the hands of Calzaghe.
