right so the update from body heads training is in....
lol little tale for ya'l
right so im taking this big ol bloke who hasnt really boxed much a few rounds, and hes sparring with these shitty little 6 ounce gloves, i got my 16's on and i start popping a few jabs at the guy and he's lookin real nervous so he starts jus brawling out i guess cos he nervous and jus went a lil wild so for a fair few rounds i beeen sparring with some big ol bloke wearing 6 ounce gloves fighting through his fear and throwing wild shots ...
motherfucker hit me in the back the hip, anywhere your not supposed to be hit , he hit me there, and that kid had quite a shot, man fuck it i thought fuck it he fighting like this and i was only allowed to use my left hand so i jabbed and left hooked him into a corner and let rip to his body lol i was whatever i'll put some hurt on this kid....
man now my back and hip is killing me,
anyone ever sparred with a dirty ass bastard? i dunno if this cat was that dirty but he certainly didnt pay attention to what or where he was throwing..
still i had and absolute feild day landing shots thou.. fuck taking it easy on him lol

make them wear 16 oz just like you.....and if some one gets wild warn them, if they continue a good blast in the coolies usually gets the point across....

make them wear 16 oz just like you.....and if some one gets wild warn them, if they continue a good blast in the coolies usually gets the point across....

lol well i woke up this morning and my back and hip is bad man,
lol im only allowed to use my left against some guys like i was with this guy and only right hands to theyr body.... is ok everytime he threw me a dirty shot i hit him with a strait right followed by a left hook let him know whos boss...lol
