I am upgrading my pc and adding more memory because my computer also freezes while editing and working with programs to make my own movies.
Right now I only have 512 MB of RAM but I just ordered 2 sticks of dynomite and I will have 2 GIGS of RAM sometime this week and I am hoping that this solves some of my problems and I think it should.
How much RAM does your PC have?
?
Im having issues with video editing too. Im running windows 95 with a P2 500mhz processor, a 950mb hdd and 32 mb of ram.

Not to sound like a right geek... but the P2 didn't go up to 500mhz... (I think) my uncle gave me my first decent PC and it had a 500mhz P3....Originally Posted by Memphis

Its like a time bomb waiting to go off, particularly when Im running Word AND windows media player.
On a serious note Ive no complaints with DVDshrink, for straight forward DVD backups or partial backups it does the trick just fine. I always look here when I need answers to video problems www.dvdrhelp.com
