Nice vid!! Just make sure you keep dropping your hands everytime you start to throw and finish throwing a punch, it will help you out a ton when you fight!!

Is it just me...

you are easy to read, right before you punch you drop your hands, so it is easy to tell when something is coming, that was the first thing I was told, I was moving my shoulders too much, you are just moving your hands down, it should be straight from the side of your cheek right out, non of this silly dropping your hands, you'll get hit

so, no, I don't want to sign you...

thats funny i made a training a video as well I'm not sure if I'm good enough to go pro I only train to keep fit really my uncle Roger reckons I'm pretty good though what do you reckon?
