Hello, im after abit of advice. i got a bag a couple of months ago to lose some weight, never really considered boxing though until now.
right well the things is im 19 about 6ft well over weight around 19st. so im wondering should i try and get into a boxing gym now and learning while i drop weight at the same time or should i just concentrating on losing a few stone before going to a boxing club.
what you think?
