Default have i injured my knee?

this morning i woke up and got off my bed as i took my first step i noticed my knee felt wierd, i thought its nothing so i went downstairs, as i was walking down the stairs i realised i could feel something on my right knee, its not exactly pain but it feels wierd, i thought it would pass but when i try lifting something or if i put any pressure on it i feel some kind of feeling i cant describe its sort of like light pain, i tried doin shadow boxing and i couldnt bounce around or practice slipping because again i felt something on my knee.

now what could it be, if i was really injured it would hurt real badly, i dont remember hurting my knee? also it doesnt hurt when i touch it or anything, all i remember was doing very intense conditioning yesterday at the boxing gym.

Its possible that you have just really out worked yourself training and your muscles have somewhat shutdown to rest..
Personally ive never had it that long after training but ive had wierd things going on with joints especially after training..
On monday it was the last exercise of a 30 odd round circuit and i was on squat thrusts.. but so tired that i decided i'd probably last better doing burpees.. jumped down to doo burpees and i was just so weak that i felt my shoulder click in and out of place when i landed.. was agonising for a short while ..especially while finishing the round with squat thrusts..
lol obviously im no expert on this so your bound to get a reliable reply soon.. just thought you might like a reply sooner rather then later..
    Peace bro.

The weirdness could be instability in the joint. If it's not sore work the hamstrings for strength. Do this and you increase the strength of your cruciate ligaments inside the knee. Most athletes don't train their hammies enough and their knees are the first thing to suffer. Mega slow (especially on the way down) standing hamstrings curls with knees together might help to start with. 3 sets of 10 twice a day slow as you can.
