I thought I would start this Poll to clear things up once and for all.

The idea came to me from another topic that's getting quite hot, but I thought this could clarify Jones all-time status within this forum.

Maybe some of us are getting slightly unsure, but my bar is raised VERY HIGH when I consider someone an all-time great, and I've allways said the word Great is branded around far too much, without any real thought these days, therefore the word Great is losing value. So I thought let's do it this way, there's 5 options I'm guessing there's 1 or 2 that won't be used but anyway we'll see.

Please vote as to where you think Roy fits in, as I've said there needs to be a true measure, so for example I've said on another post that Roy is not an all-time great, but greatest of his era, but it all depends on one's interpretation of the two, my thought process is still the same but to clarify i'll do it like this so everyone will understand my interpretation and I will understand everyone else's.

For Example I give Legend status to Sugar Ray Robinson, Roberto Duran, Muhammad Ali and Henry Armstrong to name a few,

I give All-Time Great Status to Marvin Hagler, Ricardo Lopez, Alexis Arguello, Julio Cesar Chavez, Sugar Ray Leonard and Roy Jones Jnr to name a few,

In between I would put say Oscar De La Hoya, Morrales and Barrera - see it's difficult

I give Greatest of his Era status to Bernard Hopkins and so on.

Apologies if I've missed out some names, I'm not going to post a full list, this is just a guide.

But all we're trying to establish is where Roy Jones Jnr fits in?
