Thread: Heavy bag gloves in the Uk?

Can someone point me in the direction of some decent gloves sold in the UK?

for heavy bag work use mitts,

If you use a glove you knock the padding out of it and then when you go to spar you hurt people,

Talking about this anybody heard of the new foam developed at nassa. Manufacturers get your fingers out, the answers are out there.

Stay away from things labelled "cardio" gloves, i broke my knuckles using those for proper boxing training.

Some people use bag gloves some people use sparring gloves (not using them for sparring aswell) for the weight, making it easier when you spar with 16oz on. For beginning id say go with just bag gloves, you can concentrate on technique and build up some good speed, its up to you if you want to go heavier then when your more advanced.
