has to be wladimir right hand or even his old brother who won every fight by knock out, except for 1 but that fight was straight after the byrd fight as klitschko took it easy against hoffman to not risk another shoulder injury, but still hoffman has not been knocked out since this day

My man tito has to be up there... specially at 147...
Obviously honourable mentions to fighters like Nigel benn, Jackson and hearns at welter...

Yeah - some devastating punchers already named.
How about Bob Foster at light-heavy, he could really take you out with just one punch.

Pound for pound...Depends on what kind of puncher?....There are guys with one punch KO power who can only muster up the power when delivering that shot or guys who hurt with every punch.....
Hidden Content IN CASE THEY ALL FORGOT WHAT REAL HEAVYWEIGHT POWER WAS!!!
I like alot of the guys ive seen over the years at the very light weights ..
Bantam and flyweights and such...I wouldnt go picking who is the best..
But ive seen some really brutal one punch ko's at bantamweight...
There was this one guy who i think was called georgie smith from west ham a fair few years back...
A good entertaining fighter in england... Right cocky little bugger..But boy it seemed like most of his fights he would hit his opponent with unorthadox right hands that his opponents never saw coming...
The sort of punches where they were sparked before they hit the ground..Fell face first.
Think they called him st georgie...
Peace

The wicked shall die by there own wickedness.
A lot of great hitters mentioned above...
I agree 100% with shavers
Would have to add that I believe Thomas Hearns should be MUCH higher on most lists...
Joe Frazier, I have never seen any fighter take his left hook flush and remain standing...just read Foreman's and Chuvalo's comments on the Frazier hook...
no mention of Liston?...guess I just did
Gerry Cooney, certainly not a great but he had ridiculous power in his prime...
Wasnt frazier a bit of a freak of nature after having broken his left arm as a child and never had it fixed..
So apparently his arm set strongly in a wierd shape and thats why smokin joe was so great with his left hook..Because it came from such an obscure angle from which he also bent down and used his entire body to put power into the punch...Great technique to it...

It was a beautiful punch when he threw it and one that Joe took great pride in...Originally Posted by Tito_BHB

Lol off topic ..But very interestingOriginally Posted by The Promoter
