    Default ODLH Vs Vernon Forrest

I think Forrest would win, he is taller, longer reach, stronger and a pure boxer.

I would have agreed before he lost to Ricardo Mayorga twice and had all the injuries. Right now I think Oscar would take Forrest to school, forrest is to injury prone now it might be age or whatever but he's not the same boxer he was when he beat mosley. I use to really like Forrest actually but he just isn't the same.

I have never been a Oscar fan but I would think he would win this by UD.

If you took this matchup at the time when Forest just beat Mosley for the second time, then Oscar knocks him out. Mosley lost due to a lack of aggressiveness bought on by his reach disadvantage against the tall, lanky Forest (prematurely moving up to welter was disastrous for Mosley's career.) DLH wouldn't have the same problem and would quickly draw Forest into the brawlfest he's shown he can't handle.

Kenoh, I don't f***** F******** * trust you that you know what you're talking about.

Oscar wins... he has the better jab, and it would look somewhat like Quartey vs. Forrest except that I think Oscar is stronger than Quartey now, and could stop Forrest.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember commentators and analysts saying that in the amateurs Mosley beat Oscar, Oscar beat Vernon, and Vernon beat Mosley. I think in the match up of styles Oscar had the power and speed to KO Forrest.

I heard ODLH lost to shane mosley either once or four times in amateurs? Anyone know the truth?

Did Forrest fight Shane in amateurs?

results of amatures don't mean jack in pro fights imo, completley different game - quite a few guys lost to certain fighter in the amatures but blasted them away in pro fights,

kostya tsyzu destroyed vernon forrest in the amatuers and kostya was the smaller man.

kostya would have destroyed forrest in the pro's as well had they ever fought.
