Thread: NHL aint nothing in the us?

i know the NHL all star game was on this week, but there was no topic about it, don't think i seen it mentiond once??

How comes? is it really not that big a sport in the US? after rugby and boxing NHL ismy fav sport i mean RED ICE!!! how can you not like it?

I was practically born on skates. Typical Canadian kid. Love the game, along with baseball, boxing/mma, and Formula 1.

To answer your question, almost nobody but the families of the players, the die hard fans, those in the host city, and little kids care about all-star games. Especially hockey because it's basically just a pick-up game with zero hitting. It may as well be pond hockey.
